We offer free website migrations for new clients. Simply open a support ticket after signing up and our team will handle the transfer from your old host. Migrations are typically completed within 24–48 hours with zero downtime.
We use cPanel — the industry-standard hosting control panel. It provides an easy-to-use interface for managing your files, databases, email accounts, SSL certificates, and more. Access it via yourdomain.co.za/cpanel or through your welcome email link.
WordPress can be installed in one click via Softaculous in cPanel. Log in to cPanel → find Softaculous Apps Installer → click WordPress → fill in your site details → click Install. Your site will be live within minutes.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all hosting plans, measured monthly. In the rare event of downtime attributable to our infrastructure, you may request a service credit proportional to the affected period. See our Terms of Service for full SLA details.
Use our domain search tool on the Domain Registration page to check availability and register your preferred name. We support .co.za, .com, .net, .org, .africa, and 50+ other extensions.
DNS changes typically propagate within 1–4 hours for .co.za domains hosted on our SA nameservers, and up to 24–48 hours globally. During this time your site may be accessible from some locations but not others — this is normal.
Visit our Domain Transfer page and enter your domain name. You'll need the EPP/Auth code from your current registrar. .co.za transfers are managed by ZADNA and require both parties to approve the transfer.
All hosting plans include unlimited email accounts. Log into cPanel → Email Accounts → Create. You can then access your email via webmail or configure it in Outlook, Gmail, or any mail client using IMAP/SMTP. For advanced features like shared calendars, consider our Professional Email (OX App Suite).
Use the following settings:

Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.co.za · Port 993 · SSL
Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.co.za · Port 465 · SSL
Username: your full email address
Password: the password you set in cPanel

Replace yourdomain.co.za with your actual domain.
Log into your Client Portal, go to Invoices, and click Pay on the outstanding invoice. We accept PayFast (credit/debit card, EFT, SnapScan) and direct bank transfer. For bank transfers, upload your proof of payment in the portal.
Hosting services cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase may be eligible for a pro-rata refund at our discretion. Domain registrations and third-party services are non-refundable. Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed. Please see our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
All our prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). There are no USD conversions or hidden exchange rate fees. What you see is what you pay — always.
Visit the Client Portal login page and enter your registered email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Log into your Client Portal and go to Profile to update your name, email, phone number, and address. Keeping your contact details current ensures you receive important notices and invoices.

Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or ticket. Change your cPanel and CMS passwords right away. We can help restore from a backup and scan for malware. For ongoing protection, consider our Website Security plans which include daily malware scanning and WAF protection.
